Kit is actively involved in bringing value and wealth to his clients. He specializes in servicing oil companies both local and global, locating a property that will best utilize their needs. He has experience in cattle ranching, wildlife management and game preservation. His expertise can help assist you in investing in the right property at the right time.
Rhonda Overton, Marketing Associate
Rhonda has over 3 decades of real estate experience in sales and marketing. Her real estate career began in 1984 as a Realtor. She initially joined Heather‘s team in 2010. She and Heather have worked together many years to create an unparalleled marketing plan to get your property SOLD! Rhonda has gained national recognition with her marketing materials that she creates for Heather and Kit‘s listings. She manages the ZIGLAR Commercial website. Rhonda creates both digital and printed marketing materials, commercial offering memorandums, flyers, and brochures to market your property.
Avery Prichard, Lead Transaction Coordinator
Avery is the Transaction Coordinator for all of Heather and Kit’s sales transactions. She is a licensed Realtor since 2018 and now Mom to two adorable baby girls. Avery coordinates all of the critical details from creating your listing documents to overseeing a smooth and efficient transaction all the way through to closing. You will see emails come through from Avery from time to time for e-signature’s and other documentation throughout the transaction. Her attention to detail is unparalleled. Avery is a valuable asset to both Kit, Heather, and ZIGLAR Realty.
Brittany Cisneros, Social Media Director
Brittany manages the social media content for Ziglar Realty as well as the promotion and marketing of Kit and Heather’s active listings. She will make certain your home is presented to the community in a professional and meaningful way. Brittany graduated from Permian high school and is a licensed PTA. After having her twin boys, Brittany founded BC Designs and helps business owners with their online marketing and social media presence. Heather and Kit’s national presence on social media allows thousands of people to know about your property within the first few days of the listing being activated.
Renee Chambers, Executive Transaction Associate
Renee has been in the real estate industry since the 1980s. Heather and Renee have been working together for over 20 years. Renee‘s knowledge and expertise is respected throughout the West Texas area. Renee is a successful Realtor with Ziglar Realty. In addition to her listing and sales, she works hand-in-hand with Heather and Kit through each of their transactions from point of listing or sale to closing. Renee assists with many parts of your transaction process from coordinating professional photography on your property to hosting or helping host an open house.
